It claims it installed, but the PC did not reboot. I just received a new Panda USB WiFi adapter for Linux, and reinstalled 4.13 with the Update Manager.
I have had some issues with loosing WiFi when I installed 4.13, so I removed 4.13 and went back to 4.10
